With more than two decades of adventures in news journalism and international nonprofit communications, my passion and expertise is in helping you shape and share your story through words and images.

My experience includes work as a local newspaper reporter; a photojournalist; a magazine editor; and most recently a communications coordinator for a nonprofit organization with work in 36 countries.

My primary focus in each of these roles was to collaborate with ordinary people who have extraordinary stories to share, working together to find powerful words and images to communicate their journey and experience in the most compelling ways.

I write feature and human interest articles, press releases and human interest short documentary film scripts. I can also write or edit website content, social media content, and blog posts.

As a long-time photographer with experience in local news and international photojournalism, I shoot editorial or portrait photos that help to tell each story in ways that words cannot.

With great photo editing programs like Adobe Photoshop and Polarr, I can improve and process images others have taken, taking them from good to spectacular.

I am a collaborative storyteller, passionate about accuracy, excellence, and narrative.
